Did Mark Foley and his 16 year old boyfriend get married yet?

Not to defend Foley, I think he is a creep, but what about the boys parents? Why weren't they monitoring his activities more closely. Bad parenting skills. Did they think that a sixteen year old boy would be able to make sound decisions out there in the great big world of Washington politics? It wasn't that long ago when a sitting President set the new low moral standard is D.C. And his influence was surely picked up on by some of our greatest leaders.
