The original Charlies Angels were....?

Jacklyn Smith, Kate Jackson and Farrah Faucett, but I know that even though JS and KJ were with the show though out, that Farrah Faucett was replaced....once by Cheryl Ladd..and I think there was a nother time, maybe 2...anyone know who else was on the tv show as an angel??
