OK, Who heard about these "parents"?

Just today I heard that two "parents" in their mid-twenties were so wrapped up playing computer video games on the net, that they let their 2 year old and baby starve, while they had like $50,ooo worth of high end lerge screen tv's and computers and refidgerators stock with food? Is this a true story???
