Should i just go to an ear specialist?

I have gone to the normal doctor twice. first time he told me 'take stuffed" and told me that i have sinuses. then i waited 2 weeks and nothing got any better. so i went back again and another doc told me "take this nasal spray with this antibiotic and buy some mucinex D." so i took it. there was SLIGHT improvement but not really much. now every time i swallow, i hear something like a pop and every time i move my jaw i hear something like a puff of air and crackling. my dad says he wants to schedule again but i doubt it would even make a difference and that they would say the same thing "nothing wrong with my ears and they look clean. but I think it's whats behind my eardrum or deeper in my ear that makes my ear seem stuffed. i heard ear specialists have the tools to go behind the eardrum or something and they will thoroughly clean my ears out. so my question is should waste my time on another doc or should i just go to a specialist? i'm hoping it wont cost too much.
