Why are some Congressvermin afraid to give us at least 72 hours to read the final version of Obamacare*?

* By final version I mean after the last T has been crossed and the last "i" dotted and the last amendment has been added. I also want to specify LEGISLATIVE LANGUAGE! I do not trust someone else's mere description of the bill. I want to read the LEGISLATIVE LANGUAGE!
