Why does Command & Conquer 3, Tiberian Wars on PC disconnect while playing online?

I've been playing online matches both custom & automatch for the past few months. But beginning of last week, the game disconnects. It says one or more player is attempting to cirvent the rules etc by leaving the game midway. I have no option either to select quit or kick the opponent, and I win each match. It seems to happen with each and every online game. I don't like to win this way. I changed over my broadband modem/router and replaced it with another, still it happens. I am with iinet on a ADSL plan. Nothing has changed in my equipment setup, no cordless phones, same PC. It also does that on another PC and disconnects. I have reinstalled the game, and patched it with version 1.09. Is the EA server in USA all stuffed up? This is a great game but I am really puzzelled. Does anyone experience the same problem? Please help.
