Considering going to either UNC Charlotte or Jacksonville University. Anyone have any feedback on either one?

I am just shy of twenty one and since leaving high school in 07, Ive been going part time(With one semester off) to Community College while supporting myself. I want to transfer to a four year university to live at school instead of paying rent every month. I got accepted to Jacksonville University with a 4,000 dollar scholarship and I am still waiting to hear from UNC Charlotte. I currently live in Lowell, M and don't have much money. I am also not a devout Christian, do you think I will fit into these two areas? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
